I really hate exercising but I have gotten used to doing it and every day I feel that it is better to lead a healthy life, eating well and exercising helps in every way

My mood

Yesterday someone here told me that he was happy to see me back, he did not understand why I have never left here, he talked about my state of mind, and how bad I felt, I remembered that I was going through bad times and having overcome that stage today makes me very happy, I believe that life is a gift and you have to take advantage of every moment, not turn bad minutes into a day and like me into months
