Technical Support: Videos scheduled to be purged
Please can you provide a reminder on the criteria for videos being purged.
I have noticed a red banner across many videos recently saying 'Scheduled Video to be Purged', many of the videos are shows that took place this month. How is it possible that these shows are already scheduled to be purged? I thought there was a time limit given before they were due to be purged. Quote

When I am going into a model's video section from their flirt page, it looks as though the 'video scheduled to be purged' message is appearing on the first video that appears on that page. I think this is a technical glitch that needs resolving

The glitch is still ongoing and the first video on the model's video page is still appearing as 'Scheduled Video to be Purged'.

I am not seeing that display on those VODs anymore. We should have everything resolved by the end of this week!
