Technical Support: Issue with shows not uploading in director's vault

Are other VIP users still waiting for their shows from two days ago to appear in their director's vault?
I think there is a general problem as the 'New Arrivals' page only features shows from the 3rd October, but not the evening shows.
There are no shows from yesterday either.
Please can someone confirm whether the problem is being resolved as live support just kept frustratingly repeating the same standard phrases! Quote
