Sir_Ken, rather than posting to this thread in the News & Announcements forum, it would be better to contact Customer Service directly. They would be able to do a better and more thorough job of assisting you.

@Sir_Ken Customer Service received an e-mail from you on Tuesday about a different subject, but didn't see anything about Flirt Phone. Please resend your e-mail to Customer Service customerservice@vs.com and they'll happily assist you.

Yes an email thats been sent last Tuesday that didn't got a reply.

Yesterday i sent an email using different email account and finally got a reply so i used it again to ask about flirt phone, I resend it. Quote
