Technical Support: VIP Home page issues

my VIP home page no longer displays the usual VOD offerings.. nor is it displaying the screen name / ink color options usually found on the lower right of the page... is there something going on that i'm unaware of?

Presuming you mean the page that appears after clicking the VIP tag at the top of window there is no problem here. Daily VODs etc etc and at the bottom right screen name choice, colour and Login to Chat button all present.
I now see this was also reported in the VIP General Discussion forum and satisfactorily resolved by all accounts.
